Sheikh Adil HussainIndependent Director
Mr. Sheikh Adil Hussain is an Independent Director and Chairman of the Human Resources Committee at Gillette Pakistan Limited. He has a rich 15+ years’ experience as a FMCG marketer, having worked on multiple categories such as disposable diapers, laundry and home care in a variety of markets including Pakistan, GCC and Germany.
He is a seasoned business leader who has led the marketing department at Henkel GCC, and been part of the company's Executive Committee responsible for overall business steering whilst working out future directions and staving off crises. He led the Hard Surface cleaner category globally and the Dish wash category in MENA, while at Henkel and is currently heading the Marketing Department at one of leading private food companies in Pakistan.
He specializes in Business & Communications Strategy development, Brand Equity and Portfolio Steering amongst other areas. He is an MBA from The Institute of Business Administration Karachi, Class of 2002.

Syed Jawaid IqbalIndependent Director
Syed Jawaid Iqbal, President and CEO, CMC (Pvt.) Ltd, began his professional career in 1972 with R:Lintas (now Lowe & Rauf), one of the world's leading advertising agencies. He has over 40 years experience in the communications, publishing and media.
In 1980 he launched Pakistan first full-service PR Agency TWC (now CMC). Affiliated with Ketchum USA. CMC is country's top most agency in image building and perception management sectors.
As a marketing, advertising and public relations practitioner, Jawaid has helped raise professional standards, represented Pakistan at overseas conferences with distinction and helped strengthen forums such as the Advertising Practitioners Guild (as a co-founder) and the Pakistan Advertising Association.
He has represented Pakistan in many regional and international forums. He is also actively associated with a number of social welfare organizations and contributes to leading newspapers, writing on political, social and professional issues as well as international affairs.
As the head of the SouthAsia Forum, he organizes stimulating seminars and conferences on important subjects. He also provides valuable support on a voluntary basis to art education as Chairman of the Central institute of Arts & Crafts, Karachi and to other laudable causes and organizations. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the National Academy of Performing Arts (NAPA), Gillette Pakistan, Professional Education Foundation (PEF) and Pakistan First Initiative (PFI).
He is the Founding Chairman of the Society for Global Moderation (SGM), a private-sector think tank, dedicated to the promotion of tolerance, inter-faith harmony and democracy.
He was invited by the US Government to a 6 week orientation program "US Foreign Policy in South Asia" in 1990 under the "International Visitors Program - IVP".

Ghazala NadeemDirector
Ms. Nadeem is the non-executive director of Gillette Pakistan Limited. She is currently Associate Director Human Resources for Global Development Markets Procter & Gamble International Operations, based in Geneva, Switzerland. She has twenty five years of combined finance and human resources management experience in several local and regional markets. Mrs. Nadeem holds a MBA in Finance from IBA. She joined the Board in 24-Aug-2015.
Board of DirectorsKhalid Ahmed FaridDirector & CEOKhalid Ahmed Farid is Gillette Pakistan's Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director joining the Gillette Pakistan organization on July 1st 2016. Khalid is a proven leader who comes with 15 years of experience of which the past 11 years were spent across various P&G's core categories and markets. Prior to becoming CEO for Gillette Pakistan, he did a short stint as the trial pillar leader for P&G Pakistan where he led his team and agency partners towards a turnaround on KPI. He has also managed the Fabric Care business for the APP region defending high P&G shares against fierce competitive activities. Khalid has also managed the P&G Pakistan Fabric Care business where he turned around the business and continued to delivered unprecedented growth for many years. Khalid holds an MBA from Lahore University of Management Sciences.

Omer Iqbal AwanChairman & Director
Mr. Awan is the Chairman and non-executive director of Gillette Pakistan Limited. He is currently Associate Director for Arabian Peninsula and Pakistan Supply Network Operations for Procter & Gamble, and has fifteen years of supply chain, demand, project planning and management experience in several local and regional markets. Mr Awan holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from GIKI. He joined the Board in 2015.

Mr. Janjua is the non-executive director of Gillette Pakistan Limited. He is currently Associate Director for Distributor Operations for the region of Indian Sub-Continent, Middle East and Africa, for Procter & Gamble. He has fifteen years of sales management and trade marketing, in several local and regional markets. Mr Janjua holds a Master degree in Business Administration from the Institute of Business Administration, Karachi. He joined the Board in 23-June-2015.

Saqib ZiaChairman & Director Mr. Saqib Zia is the Chairman and non-executive director of Gillette
Pakistan Limited. He is currently Marketing Director & Commercial
Operations leader for Procter & Gamble Pakistan. Mr. Saqib is a high
impact and commercially driven business leader with diverse marketing and
sales experience across different geographies from developing to highly
developed countries/clusters. He has had the unique opportunity to work and
succeed with leading FMCG and Oil & Gas companies, with achievements
that have been recognized at both local and global levels. He has led
cross-functional and cross-cultural teams through transformational team
dynamics, increasing team morale and passion to deliver extraordinary
results.

Syed Danish Hussain ShahDirector Syed Danish Hussain Shah has 12 years’ experience in commercial operations,
business development, and trade marketing, and E2E market development. Rich
experience across trade channels (local, global, old and new), geographies
(nationally and internationally) and with both internal strategy / planning
and external customer / distributor management roles. Mr. Danish has
holistic business management experience from product development, import /
manufacture to launch, exploit and evolve. Currently he is leading sales
function for Procter & Gamble Pakistan. Mr. Danish holds BSc (Hons.)
degree from Lahore University of Management Sciences.

Sunnia AnwerDirector Ms. Sunnia Anwer is currently working as Finance Manager at Procter and
Gamble Pakistan with an overall 11 years of diverse work and geographical
experiences in Procter & Gamble group. She has worked across multiple
areas such as Commercial Finance, Sales Finance, Supply Chain and
Manufacturing Finance, Regional Financial Planning and forecasting,
Internal Controls, Treasury and Corporate Finance and in geographies such
as Pakistan, Switzerland and UAE.
Ms. Sunnia is an MBA (Finance) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA).

Sumika FarooquiDirector Ms. Sumika Farooqui is non-executive director of Gillette Pakistan Limited
she joined Procter and Gamble (P&G) Pakistan in 2008. She is currently
heading the Human Resources (HR) department at P&G Pakistan as Country
HR Manager. During her time with P&G, Sumika has worked in various
areas of HR including Plant HR, Compensation and Benefits, Employee
Engagement and Functional HR.
Ms. Sumika Farooqui was born on 20th February 1985. She holds a BBA(Hons.)
and MBA degree from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA).

Usman MuneerIndependent Director Usman Muneer is the Managing Director, at Mondelēz Pakistan, maker of some
of the world’s most iconic food and beverage brands, including Tang,
Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate, Trident Chewing Gum and Oreo biscuits. As
Managing Director, Usman is primarily responsible for overseeing the
Mondelēz Pakistan’s operations including two manufacturing sites, around
300+ employees and distribution spread across country.
He has over 12 years’ experience in managing consumer businesses across
several international markets, including the Middle East, Africa, and
Pakistan. After graduating in Pakistan, Usman joined Procter & Gamble,
where he spent his first five years managing iconic Shampoo brands in
Pakistan like Head & Shoulders. He then moved to Dubai and later to
Johannesburg for personal and baby care assignments. Mr. Usman grew up in
Pakistan and holds a Masters of Business Administration with Honors from
Lahore University of Management Sciences.
